Mystery of God and Baptism

Let's begin reading John 3:1:
There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to YHWH in human form by night, and said to Him, Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that You do except God be with Him. YHWH in human form answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Keep this in mind that a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Notice that Nicodemus is a teacher and he cannot understand what YHWH is telling him

John 3:4:
Nicodemus says to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? YHWH (Human form) answered, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter in the kingdom of God.

Acts of the Apostle 2:38:
Then Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of YHWH for remission of sins, and you shall recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Peter is going along with what John 3:5 is saying because it says the man be born of water and of the Spirit. Keep in mind that Peter is telling the multitude what they need to do this in order to be saved.

John 3:6:
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said to you, You must be born again. The wind blows where it lists, and you hear the sound thereof, but can not tell from where it comes, and to where it goes: so is every one that is born of the Holy Spirit. Nicodemus answered and said to Him, How can these things be? YHWH (Jesus) answered and said to him, Are you a master of Israel, and know not these things? Verily, verily, I say to you, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and you receive not our witness. If I have told you earthly things, and you believe not, how shall you believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

Nicodemus doesn't understand how to teach a person how to be saved and YHWH is pointing out to him. Some people today say that you do not need to be baptized anymore.

Mark 16:16:
He that believes and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believes not shall be damned.

Now if Peter says this and man does not obey because they listen to Jesus words, but yet He gave him the keys (authority) to the kingdom of heaven, that would mean Peter has the keys to life. The teachings can either let you in or lock you out, what this is telling us is Peter knows who his God is, how do we know this?

John 14:6:
YHWH says to him, I am the way, the Truth, and the Life: no man comes to the Father, but by Me. If you had known Me, you should have known My Father also: and from hereafter (right now) you know Him, and have seen Him. Philip says to Him, master, show us the Father, and it sufficed (satisfied) us. YHWH in human form says to him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known Me, Philip? he that has seen Me has seen the Father; and how say you then, show us the Father?

Notice, this is a powerful verse. This is plain. Now lets find out how many fathers we have.

Malachi 2:10:
Have we not all one father? has not one God created us?
